i have to get a stem supply on 3 of my teeth. when chosing a crown which is prizewinning and less pricey type for the back molars. i just need something durible. my insurance exclusive pays 50% on every container so i definitely will have to come out of pocket for the other half. this question is for anyone who has experience with crowns or caps. thanks.

well with the toll of gold the artefact it is correct now, a full gold honor module cost around the last as a PFM... which is a porcelain fused to metal crown....If you are having a root canal performed then i would suggest a PFM for the sole reason that it module be a tooth colored crown...usually a full gold honor is only preferred when you cant cut too much tooth absent because of the venture of causing alteration to tooth, but since you are having a root canal the PFM is the better option as far as esthetics..

Not trusty where you are, but the average price of a honor in wi is around 1k, that is every crowns. The gift doesn't really vary from identify to type, but make trusty you are effort ones that are at leas NOBLE ALLOY or every porcelain same procera or lava or empress or emax. Do not accept base metal crowns. Durability is a blah. Gold has proven the most durable for the terminal 75+ years, but every porcelain crowns are just as good today.
