All they do is put clay-like-material in your representative to intend the appearance of it..... and use that material to make a piece of plastic. Why does that outlay so much? They're about $275 a piece. ($550 for both top and bottom.)

Let me respond your question with more questions: why do your clothes outlay so much, the materials apparently do not outlay what you pay; why do specializer jeans outlay so much, denim is cheap; why do big screen tvs outlay so much, the components aren't that much; why do sneakers outlay so much, the materials used to make them are no artefact that expensive. As for the retainer, it's not what it's made of but what it does and the noesis that goes into what the type of consideration to prescribe is what affects price. It takes years of advanced noesis and expense to acquire the necessary skills to do odontology properly.

I get the hornlike ones & they're $400 a piece so I know what you're feeling. They take the mold & have to craft it & attach wire. It's labor intensive & the lab charges the orthod. so they calculate you.
