I was watching Oprah show and Dr. Oz said that if you want to quit smoking to essay drinking concentrate before smoking. It's supposed to attain the taste of the fag nasty. I know most smokers smoke more than erst a day and knowing that concentrate makes the fag taste bad that would stingy they are not getting enough calcium, causing metal deficiency. I also know that metal deficiency damages the teeth, so is that why most smokers hit bad teeth?

That's a beatific point. It is not the important reason but it is probably one reason. The important reason is because of the smoke and toxins in cigarettes. They chromatic the teeth and attain them decay.

Smokers hit more means of getting discolored set because of the nicotine,as do people who drink dark drinks,coffee tea,dark sodas,they all discolor set .Smoking does not drive calcium deficiency,doing crystal meth does that.There are several things that don't make a smoke taste as beatific afterwords like chocolate,but that does not mean that smokers hit a sugar deficiency.You are very criminal about smokes and the concentrate theory.I am a carriage and you are hopefully not.
