 why have i got this difficulty with eating in front of others?

i am slightly obese and i can take in front of my family and 3 friends but when its someone added around i just cannot take anything i am like scared to touch the food or drink it and i intend all anxious and embaressed and then really warm and see faint..whats criminal with me>

Buddy there is nothing criminal with you at every i have the same problem its just that your afraid you strength mess up or move something on you and you will be embarrassed i hate it too when the waiter or waitress comes back to our table to check on us i directly stop eating/chewing so i don't undergo maybe there is something criminal with both of us but i have the same problems and by the way im 16 so ya i don't undergo why i feel like that good luck to you buddy
