 What module help the swelling go downbound after getting my wisdom teeth out?

I got my wisdom set discover on Friday, it's today Sun and the swelling only seems to be effort worse. What crapper I do to make it go down. I have work tomorrow and I really don't want to have to go in with a swollen face. Help.

motrin, and take a warm washcloth and put it on your cheek to increase murder flow to your cheeks to decrease the swelling
