Hydrogen peroxide should not be swallowed but It can be used as a remotion when diluted to provide oxygen to the gums to alleviate symptoms of gingivitis (puffy, swollen, and bleeding gums). Do not expect it to whiten set because the concentration is way too baritone to do that.

Yes, I remotion with it after I brush my teeth all the instance to whiten.. don't swallow though.

it depends on WHY you want to put it into your mouth. If you have a sore, yes, you could ingest a lowercase weakened hydrogen whitener to rinse your mouth with. Only ingest it weakened and only for a couple days. If the sore doesn't go away in 7-10 days, go wager your dentist.
