OK guys the last time I've been to the dentist was around hm 2005 & I had a temporary agency filling, for cavity, you know I never went back for some odd reason, anyway now since 2006 or so my agency have became brittle & basically have busted off!! but I'm not feeling any discompose what so ever? now in my mouth around the strained area there is somewhat of a swelling, but ease no discompose at all what should I do? Help I'm very scared

Go wager a dentist! Swelling crapper be a sign of infection and you do not poverty it to get into your bloodstream! Plus if the tooth broke off, it needs to be fixed before something else goes wrong.

Yeah you should definitely go see a dentist. But don't worry. I'd guess you get put on antibiotics then have the tooth crowned. You'll be okay, all you should feel is a pinch from the novacaine. Just don't let it go any individual or it could get worse. Good Luck.
