Ouch! I remember the pain substantially and it has been eld since mine came in. Now you know why babies are so cranky when cutting teeth. Poor lil' things. All you can rattling do is take whatever OTC pain meds like you're doing and maybe use topical moderating such as OraGel. Otherwise call your dentist and they module give you whatever advice or perhaps modify a prescription. They should eb able to tell you if they are impacted. PS I had all 4 of mine distant at the same time. They were not impacted.

Usually impacted teeth won't erupt completely or at all. If the crown isn't completely discover your dentist module probably tell you to move and wager depending on your age. Otherwise you could go to an oral doc and hit them extracted. The oral doc module cut the gum and take them discover that way. Be prepared for a few stitches, swelling and pain if you hit to go that route. If your regular dentist pulls them; no stitches, just like having a tooth pulled normally. If you hit to get them done at the oral doc you strength hit some residual nerve alteration afterward. Eventually the nerves acquire back but you'll hit some numbness. Mine took about a year to repair themselves.
