Ok substantially I didn't "swallow it" it's kinda stuck in my throat! It's been a day now and I can't get it out. I have edifice in 2 weeks and I can't really talk because my words come out in gibberish. What do I do? OMG THANKS! I DRANK HOT TEA AND NOW ITS GONE!!! THANK YOU!
