I think I may have pericoronitis ...there is a expanded surface of manducate behindhand my wisdom tooth, & my cheek is expanded also.. it hurts!!!!! what crapper i do to minimize the pain and swelling?? . I called my dentist but he can't wager me until Monday.

It needs to be cut away, take antibiotics or tylenol and gargle with hearty briny water, alos brush it well
