 Why does this always happen?

Every time I hit my period, I hit to poop, mostly on the first day. Nothing's wrong or abnormal about this, but I was meet wondering why this happens...anyone know? I was intellection it might hit something to do with oxytocin (cramp hormone) but I meet don't know. And patch I see a lowercase silly about asking this, I've meet always wanted to undergo the answer.

the reason probably is beacuse u hit cramps that are meet showing themselves in the form of...pooping lol i get tht likewise alot and cyst you try to go u get consipated because you rly dont hit to go. meet take a tylonl or advil or ibprofen meet get a hot clean to relax your mussels and take you mind soured of it
