Put it in your vagina

This isn't really a question, but I assume you need support with how to insert a tampon. First of all, don't be afraid. If you use it right, you won't even feel it. They become with instructions. And diagrams. But I'll explain anyway. Don't wipe absent the blood. It will support lubricate the tampon as it goes in. Get in a comfortable position. Squat, defence with one foot on the toilet or clean tub, lay on your back. You stop the top tube of the applier at the lowermost (usually there's a place for your fingers). Then near it in your vagina aiming for your lower backwards until your fingers are touching your body. Push the lowermost tube of the applier all the way in. You shouldn't be able to feel the tampon inside you. Pull the applicators out. The string should be ornamentation outside your body. Try act a underpants liner with the tampon in housing it leaks. My favorite tampons are playtex upgrade glide. Use the smallest absorbency you can.

The only way you can swim is by using tampon. Without tampons you can't go to swim. Don't ever ingest pads in the water. I've tried that once and it's MISERABLE!. Well, hope I'd help. -Good luck(:

You CAN go tearful with tampon. Also, you can go to the bathroom without taking it out and putting in a new one.
