I've been really heavy out lately, about everthing in my life, and rattling depressed. I barely eaten anything in the terminal 3-6 months. Maximum of 200-400 calories a day. For the terminal two or three days, I've seen how unwholesome this is and I've been eating everything in sight. I haven't even gained a blow and it's really discouraging. I'm 6'0 and matter 122 lbs. Oh, I smoke too. Thank you so much for all your help!

quit smoking for one. Believe it or not, people who depart smoke acquire weight. My dad is proof. He utilised to smoke, quit, and acquire some weight. you are exchange food for that cigarette.

Well i am young, and i know that you don't expect to answer your question. But i conceive you should kibosh respiration because when my mom kibosh respiration she gained weight cause she was even skinner than you and erst she kibosh respiration she meet gained a lot of weight. But she forfeited because she desired to lose it.

If you can't eat, eat sweets and chocolate. Chocolate makes me feel lovely and nice. I think chocolate and fizzy drinks and burgers are the prizewinning to gain.

carful what you eat But look a calories buy some unhealthy thing (Ice cream chips fast food) But also eat healthy so u dont get sick! asking a student haw support you discover to tell her/him whats feat on and wager what he/she can do for it or a phycologist could support to! quit respiration first because this is harmful for your health! for your stress and depression, speech to a good friend. do something you enjoy. make time for yourself to relax. learn to be grateful for what you have. don't verify anything for granted. indite a journal to indite down your thoughts and reflect over them. also, exertion will make you hungry! eat a balanced diet and drink your milk! it is the choices you make that determine your future, and so be wise about it!
