when you have your connatural monthly cycle.. how do you know if you are bleeding likewise reddened or likewise little? how do you measure what identify of bleeding it is.. between reddened connatural and super???

I've never known anyone to measure, you meet guess. If you mean what type of tampon you should use, meet start with a light and if you have to modify it within an hour or so, it's too light...so you can essay a connatural one, and so on until you don't have to modify it for a few hours.

in the hospital, we matter the pad without discharge and then we matter in the pad with discharge and then we subtract it. by this you will get the estimate amount of your discharge

You could weigh the utilised pad, then weigh an unused pad, cipher the unused pad's to the utilised one's. Pretty gross though. But the usual turn of menstruation I surmisal is either 3 tablespoons or 3 teaspoons. 1 tbsp=15mL, 3 tsps=5 mL. Hope it helps. 1mL=1g, i think.

You could weigh a tampon before and after but why. Just count the tampons used and get an average result over time for your cycles. Keep a chart and description. Treat it as a science of measuremant for understanding.
