Is a D & C painful? How daylong does it take to recover from a D & C? How daylong do you go without having sex after having one? Do you have to wait to try to conceive after having one? Does a D & C up the chances of decent meaningful if digit has 'unexplained infertility'? My Dr. thinks I haw have a polyp in my uterus & said a D & C would take care of it. I had a some questions & wanted to be prepared. Thanks in advance!

What is D & C ? o.O

It is a scraping out of the endometrial lining to examine and 'de scale' inside your womb, you will belike be in for a day or so. It will benefit you as the haphazard bleeds will modify and belike full healed in 3-4 weeks. The dr is at assistance to advise pre operatively so indite a little list of questions down, so you dont forget when you are nervous, and ask your consultant , good luck.

Well,I had a D&C after surgery for my endometriosis. I was under drug so I didn't feel it, but you do will definitely bleed and have to wear a pad. I think it lasted about 2 days or less the bleeding. It's same having menstrual cramps. I'm trusty you'll be given some pain medicine. Ask your student about the stimulate part.... I think as long as you feel alright after you've healed go for it. I would say at least 2 weeks wait.
