Double check with your Ob/Gyn, but I'm pretty sure you can use the IUD that is copper based, Paraguard.

Sure!! The types of birth curb that are hormonal and innocuous to use are the mini-pill(also known as POP's or Progestin only Pills) the depo shot(HATED IT would NEVER recommend that poop to anyone) and the Mirena IUD, they all contain only progestin which is innocuous for breastfeeding mothers. I utilised the effort while I was brestfeeding, it made me insane. You actually CAN get a conductor preventive while brestfeeding as well, so you hit plenty of options. The POP's are less trenchant than the combined pill however, the effort is favourable but it did terrible things to me, though some women love it, and the Mirena preventive is good for five eld and can provide you shorter device periods. If you need more support on the preventive topic, feel liberated to contact me, I would love to help. I did a TON of investigate on them before getting them. Doctors won't tell you everything. Anyway, IUD's are great, I love my conductor IUD!!
