well if you popped her cherry during what you're calling "outercourse," then you're doing it wrong! if there's actually not penetration happening, then it sounds like there could be something criminal with the glands that exudate fluid when she's aroused, and there's murder in that fluid. or, there could be injury that's somehow triggered by orgasm, if she's having them.
