oww i get cramps evrytime i get my punctuation i double ovr and start crying cuz i see lik im feat to throw up and pass out.. i havent been eating right either... crapper u suggest some stuff? im a 13 yr chinese grl.. i started my punctuation this march.... plz help!!! i ment to feature i started my first punctuation ever this territory and thnxx :)

Just before your punctuation every month, and during your punctuation essay to stay physically astir as this reduces the pain. Also, at night or if you are unable to stay astir all the time, place a hot water bottleful on your intumesce and this should also help. Good Luck (:
