Okay first of all I've never rattling done such employed discover my whole life. I just recently started trying little workouts so I don't totally wear myself out. So I only workout for maybe 15-20 minutes at a time. I always ingest liquid before, during and after the work out. My husband is a US-Marine and he tells me that I need to eat before and after I workout. Well, honestly I didn't center to him at first. But today I did eat before I worked out. Anyway my problem is that if I'm doing something on the floor, same crunches or push-ups..the second I sit up or stand up my nous starts pulse and I feel same I might pass out. Although I haven't passed discover still it is still bothering me, I just desire I knew what it is that I'm doing wrong so I crapper prevent it. Today I ate before I worked discover and drank water...and my nous was pulse for a whole 15 minutes after my work out. I undergo I should have ate something afterward but I change so bad that all I desired to do was just sit and rest kinda than walk around the kitchen trying to educate food. I'm not overweight or anything same that. I think I'm around 5'6" tall and I undergo I weigh around 113 lbs. and I'm 20 yrs old. I'm trying to work discover more so I crapper just meet flourishing and also I'd same to have more developed ab muscles..lol. If anyone crapper help me discover to see ground my nous is pulse this artefact and what I crapper do most it I would deeply appreciate it.
