Hello everyone, I took shackle pills for four days, because i was on my punctuation and such. They were (7 mg) and i got them from a upbeat food accumulation (BJ'S upbeat foods) brand was (floradix). i was wondering how long four life worth of taking shackle pills would verify to intend out of my system. Thanks! I will be choosing a best answer :) No, i wasn't overdosing. I have very painful periods, so i verify shackle for the first some days. Im 17 by the way if that has anything to do with it? I took one every night before dinner, for four days.

The iron pills you bought were daily supplements I presume, where you attractive an excessive amount? If it was a daily it is gone the next day and the next is needed. Good luck:)

I've never heard of iron pills helping to alter the pain of a period before, but they should be gone now. Usually they exclusive terminal a period or so, and it doesn't 'build up' in the system.
