So i got on a birth curb pill that needs to be condemned at the aforementioned time daily... i set a reminder on my sound so everyday at the aforementioned time, it would remind me. i have my sound with me ever so it was the prizewinning abstract to do... but my mom took my sound absent for the next digit weeks and im worried i will forget to verify it. do you have any suggestions of ways i can remind myself while my sound is taken? &the time i verify it is 4 30 so i slope verify it before a typical activity or anything like that ;l thanks, both ideas are great :) xx

If you have an Ipod, you crapper set alarms on the ITouch. Ask a rattling near friend to communication you on the computer. Or ask your mom to remind you, since she took your phone. Good luck!

well you could modify to taking it starting in the morning...like modify it to taking it at like 6 in the farewell (set your alarm) and you could do that. or if you hit a set time that you go to bottom try doing that (:
