yesterday i got diarrhea i intellection its going to be alright but i move have a diarrhea can some one help me i heard that i have to eat toast? the toast mean the bread that you put jam and eat?

Go to the chemist and get some gastrolyte. Not sure why it works, but it stops the symptom and helps stop expiration of fluids.
