Okay, outside of you or him not wanting to admit to whatever surreptitious nose-picking causing a scab, there are actual reasons this happens. In whatever people, the capillaries (tiny blood vessels) in the nose are so near to the surface of the tissues that they can spontaneously spread from small raises of blood pressure. Often grouping with this problem have it for a punctuation of months then it spontaneously disappears. If he is of an age where he is ontogeny physically, say from relationship to about 22, his body is struggling to keep up, and it module correct itself soon. If it doesn't disappear and he's older than 22, he should wager an ENT or Ear Nose and Throat doctor. Yes, it costs money, but doctors take payments. There are treatments, the most nonindulgent including cauterization of the leaky blood vein, that module help. (It doesn't perceive - been there finished that.) good phenomenon and transfer the tissues!

Well I had problems having a bloodstained look too. It haw be caused by not having enough moisture or humidity in the look because the inside of the look is quite delicate. I would suggest that he utilised a saline spray solution which is a 2-3 note bottleful of briny water basically. Spray it a small once a day or before going to sleep to keep the look moist and less prone to bleed. This crapper also be triggered by existence unclothed to the suns heat or lifting something onerous or exertion excessively. Another thing that I have heard that cured my cousins bloodstained noses was taking a regular supplement of vitamin K. This significantly lowered my bloodstained look incidents too.So it haw be a vitamin K defienciency too.I have seen many people state that Vitamin K cured them. I wouldn't worry about it likewise much. I tell you this because I pretty such dealt with having a bloodstained look all my life. It wasn't everyday but my look seemed to be very sensitive. My final cure was a small surgery because I had a deviated septum which made the flowing in my look be turbulent and was the cause of my bleeding. Although the surgery wasn't intense and didn't yield any scars or analyse whatsoever, I conceive that he should keep his look moisterized and take vitamin k which prevent bleeding. The student would end if surgery was necessary but I really doubt this is his case.Hope this is helpful.;)
