The "best" (and I ingest the term loosely, putting it in quotes to indicate my humorous sarcasm) that Rite Aid, Walgreens, or ANY pharmacies carry are Depend. Depend is horrible! I heard a rumor that Rite Aid might move carrying Abena Abri-Form X-Plus, which would be absolutely awesome!

Drugstores are in business to make a profit, not surprisingly. They give their shelf space to product that sells. When you can convince a few meg other Americans that another brand of incontinent product is needed, I'm trusty drugstores will carry what you, and the other millions, desire.

I don't understand why some people say that diapers don't work or that they leak. Any diaper module work as daylong as you place it on correctly. I've seen so some videos and pictures of people who don't place on their diapers correctly. You hit to place it on tightly and get a good, tight cuff around your legs for it to work. Some people place them on with the pad slanted at their crotch and not dowse up against their genitals. This is probably a result of them swing them on patch they're standing. But the best way to place on a diaper is by laying down. Sure, some diapers' artefact strength not hold up that substantially but they should still be serviceable enough.
