Well, maybe once you're feat to have a near death undergo you'll take dying more seriously and stop smoking. Just do the "Just this one more time" trick on yourself if that's not the artefact you want to quit. You meet feature to yourself: "I'm meet not feat to smoke this time.", "I'll meet do one more abstract before I take added puff." etc. Just prolong it. Sooner or after you'll be able to simply ignore the smoking.

I smoked for 20 years (mid 30's now) Tried algid turkey, patches cutting downbound and Ziaban I tried reading the Easy way to Stop smoking (by Eric Carr) which is meant ot prouce great results.. i failed them all I went ot a hynotist, though extremly skeptical. It outlay $495 (AUD) I havent touched one since and that was 6 months ago.... he offered a guarantee that if I started again within 12 months - he would re hypnotise me for free... I feel strange and without a uncertainty - $495 spent well!!!

Keep track of how many cigarettes you hit per day. Don't do the "Oh, I didn't smoke ALL of that digit so it doesn't calculate as one." Be honest with yourself at least. Cut that number. Start off with having meet digit less. Then digit more. Then digit more. Etc. Figure discover when you hit the first cigarette of your day. Push that time back by 15 minutes. Then 15 more, etc. I went from doing half a pack/day to 5-6 /day then did cold turkey. You'll also requirement to keep your hands busy since (just like Pavlov and his dog) you hit been programmed to assort pleasure with putting your assistance to your mouth. Get sugarless manduction gum and digit of the assistance grip exerciser things. Celery sticks too Switch to an ultra light cigarette. It's not healthier per se, but you won't be effort as such nicotine in your system which module help ween your body off it. I heard the gum clog works and supposedly there's some preventive you can take. I don't hit some experience with those though. Finally, realize that in essence (though the tobacco companies won't admit to this) smokers are take addicts. If you are honest with yourself, you module be able to feature that. Seriously brother... do you realize you are paying money for poison that you are chronic to? Doesn't that attain you angry? I realized it was time to depart when I was standing outside in the chilling rain to get a few puffs off a cigarette (so like 30 seconds worth of "fun") and that I had actually paid close to a dollar for something that was killing me.
