im 16 and its the 3rd period of my period i have been using tampons for 2 eld and have left them in for a while! same one instance i forgot for a full 24 hours! so i am really lucky. but today i had intense cramps in the morning so i didnt eat breakfast or lunch but at about one i started effort really intense cramps and effort really hot. i change same i couldnt move and i was shaking.( i took the tampon out and it was 7 hours total.) so i got and walked around and figured it would go away and the cramps did but i got a headache. i meet tryed to relax and it tardily wore off. it's been a period and i still feel proven and i kinda have cramps but im worryed. am i ok?

u might not be go to a doctor 24 hours is way too much and try not to modify go the full 8 yield tampons in like 3-6 hours most safest i rly want to tell u not to sarcastic but that would be bad on my part go to the doctor it cant perceive u

You may be ok, but don't venture it! It can be a very, very, very terrible thing. Looking at your past history is not very comforting, I rattling don't like to ingest scare tactics, but I wish that you module let this scare you straight, if it turns out that you are ok.

check your temperature. if you have a feverishness start worrying.

ITS FOUR HOURS MAX! even if you havent used it all the way. wow. so use this for further notice.... but right now, if you are really worried communicate your mom or aunty or sister. research the symptoms of TSS (its comes in most tampon boxes, info about it) and wager if they apply. and if it gets bad, you NEED TO CALL YOUR DOCTOR or SEE THEM. because TSS crapper be fatal. act now! and advert what i said. 4 hours MAX! read those papers that become in the tampon box!!

Headache is normal for a punctuation and so is cramps (as you would know), aselll aw blistering flushes. You should analyse your temperature and if it is higher than normal I would go to the Dr and intend it patterned because that is your first clew of infection.. If it has been a day and your are well enough to be on the computer then I uncertainty it is TSS, syndrome spreads rattling quickley and you crapper be departed within 24 hours so if you are feeling ok and dont have a temp I tihnk you are fine maybe just intense punctuation pain xxx
