I sleep on my left... Supposedly, unerect on your mitt side is actually meliorate than unerect on your right side, because unerect on your mitt side doesn't curve some organ (I forget the name), and lets blood line smoother. It also makes breathed easier.

Correct function is to sleep on your back and be relaxed not in attention. and if doable ready some pillows under your legs so that the bllod flows more towards your brain keeping you firm when you wake up! i commonly sleep this way but once i am sound asleep the pillows go cockeyed and i lean either rite or left

I think you're supposed to sleep on your right..so that no push is exerted on the hunch and on your tummy...this makes your sleep light, too I sleep either on my mitt or right..totally curled up...head towards the west When I wake up I'm either on the ground..or on the bounds of falling off..and for sure my head will be towards towards the east...I move around a lot while sleeping

I rest on my right n left. The postion in which each n every embody part is relaxed, is correct, if u r on ur right or left. But the most relaxing position is when u lay straight on ur back, leaving ur embody parts relaxed.

There is no digit right position. Just ways to rest so that you don't wake up with a sore backwards (if you have backwards problems). If you rest on your back, your pillow shouldn't be likewise tall. You want your nous just a lowercase higher and your pillow should support the backwards of your neck. You crapper put a pillow behind you legs. If you rest to the side, your pillow should be as tall as your margin so that your nous stays in distinction with your spine. A pillow between your legs also helps your rachis to adjust better during sleep. If you rest on your stomach that's fine too. You crapper bend your leg so that you tilt your body slightly, taking any extra pressure soured your neck. And if you're displeased or lost and you have a probability of throwing up in the middle of the night NEVER rest on your back.
