i wasn't intellection and i tuk a bunch of my vitamins this morning without eating anything then i started to eat around 10 mins later and i threw up after a some bites of toast. i undergo i upset my stomach by taking them without eating anything but now i feel rattling ill and nauseous. ended one peice of toast but can't eat the other feel 2 sick. am drinking tea now. what crapper i do to attain myself feel better?

I am the same way. I cannot take whatever type of vitamin on an empty breadbasket otherwise I get sick. All you can do is drink your tea which for whatever think does help (much soothe your stomach) and it should pass. You can try slowly eating another piece of pledge with your tea as well.
