its very simple- a lot of food that we eat doesn't really digest well-corn is probably the worst- it tastes good, but it mostly stays undigested, that's why you can wager it in your feces. as for the carrots, it is commonly the undigested cellulose fibre institute in the carrots that relic undigested-and again, you wager it when it comes out. don't worry about it, it is normal-happens to every of us.
