I sometimes center a clicking sound in my nous almost like its coming from my jaw but im not sure of it.. anyone have any idea what it haw be?

It could be TMJ. If it starts to hurt, separate to your dentist. Otherwise, be sure to mention this to your dentist next time you go. :)
