 How can I retrograde weight, and FAST???

I'm 12 eld old. And I weigh 120 pounds. I'm about 5"3'. I'm overweight modify though for some reason I don't look same I am. How crapper I retrograde weight quickly? Please help me. I do dance. Only 2 classes that are 45 transactions each a week. That's every I work out. My mom won't let me do any sports, neither will my dad. They say I'll "get hurt" or I'll "get injured." So what should I do? Would it be bad if I went on a diet, withOUT asking my doctor? And also I hit really big thighs, what crapper I do to attain my thighs smaller? Thanks. Don't suggest becoming anorexic or making myself throw up. I got a lot of answers saying to do that on my last question.

You have to ready active. Run, jog, swim. You won't get injured partaking in either digit of those activities you stretch the right way. Also, eat right--I don't mean diet. Just cut out the junk matter if there is any. Good luck!

Do not go on a diet, especially without asking your doctor. If your parents dont want you to do sports, don't. Jsut do ultimate exersices like near ups, set ups, jumping jacks, and clog liek that everyday. ALso take healthier and less often. Don't snack. Try to drink liquid at least 7 times a day. It may sound liek a diet, but its actually flourishing eating. Also exclusive take until you ar 80% full. You brain doesnt register right away that you are full, and you will take too such if you wait to see full. But whatever you do, DO NOT CRASH DIET! HOpe I helped :)

If you are rattling worried most your coefficient and can't tie any sports, just go running today and then. Try disenchanting your parents to let you tie a sport that doesn't have any contact like swimming, interbreed country, or track, or mayhap go coefficient lifting. Diets rarely work and are just an excuse to decease yourself, so I wouldn't propose it. Though you don't seem to be overweight. You are young at at that stage in life where you vexation most that kind of stuff, and it's normal, but the prizewinning thing you can do today is intend over it, do whatever you can to improve your self honour so it doesn't embellish a problem when you're older.
