 will this help me get a beatific sleeping pattern?

ok substantially i hit a TERRIBLE unerect pattern. i go to rest at 4 or later then intend up at 12 (i hit to force myself to intend up at noon even though i poverty to rest more) substantially my content is be able to go to rest at 9:30-10 and intend up at 6. so my organisation is to meet up all night and period (your probably thinking' dopy girl! what are you thinking?' but just read on) so tomorrow i crapper go to rest at 9-10 and ill set up my alarm clock to 6 and module attain myself intend up and then i module move this ornament (my organisation before is to verify a bath applier my teeth do some stretching (trying to become flexible) and then go to bed. i organisation on bathing and hygenic stuff to be 30 min and stretching for 30 min then go to sleep. the problem is though erst i fortuity a unerect ornament jsut fro 1 period i cant intend it back! in primeval summer i had a ornament of going to rest at 11 getting up at 8, attractive a nap sometime between 12-2 and sleepign no later then 2. then going backwards to rest at 11. i likeable the ornament because i didnt meet up soo New this summer. but one night i blew it soured to listen to penalization and speech with my sis and play. so i couldnt intend it back. so how crapper i reassert a unerect ornament of going to rest at 9-10 and getting up at 6? i dont poverty to hit to spend holidays and weekends going to bed early, but i dotn poverty to ruin the pattern. how crapper i do this? thanks! :)

Just set generalized rules: Don't go to bed later than 1. Don't wake up later than 9. If you mess up same one time nothing's gonna change! Good luck :)
