I have been laying here for same 4 hours trying to sleep, but it's same theres a brick wall that's denying sleep. I modify get that taste in my mouth same I'm dozing for seconds at a time. I get these wierd sensations in my head but meet can't sleep. It's not anxiety, it's same there's a light switch turned on and it wont switch soured and permit me sleep. Whats the deal????

an hour or 2 hours before going to bed, verify a shower. Also, buy whatever Tylenol PM's. Take 1 or 2 about two hours before bottom time. And, after 6:00 P.M., do not drink any soda pop. Drinking imbibe will keep you awake. Also, do not take anything heavy before going to bed.
