Some people have a window of time that they requirement to fall insensible or they can't. You say that most of the time you can't fall insensible on weekends... well go to rest at the same time that you do on weekdays. (I undergo it sucks, but try it.) Also, tell yourself that you crapper sleep. Make yourself conceive it.
There are two techniques that I have institute are prizewinning when I am trying to intend to sleep. The first works prizewinning when your mind is racing. Think of something that is gratifying to you... a flower, snow in the mountains... it crapper be anything. Once you have that in your mind, focus on your breathing... take deep breaths and promulgation every of your energy. Whenever your mind wanders, go right back to that picture. Don't let yourself think of anything else.
The ordinal technique is to help your relax. Start at your nous and tighten and relax ever single hooligan that you can. Move downwardly on your embody until you intend to your toes. Tighten and relax them until your whole embody is completely relaxed. Just feel yourself fall into your bed. The most comfortable I have ever been is after doing this exercise.
If none of this works, have your mom garner you up some Melatonin. It is a natural medicine that your embody actually creates itself. It is non habit forming, and works great for most people. Try it out.
