I'm also 14, and hit been doing coefficient training since I was 12, Your legs can support 5 - 7 nowadays your body weight. I've done leg press many nowadays before but only around 100 - 140 pounds. What is your peak and weight? I am 5'9, around 120 pounds; Bench Press and Lats are my main thing. If you rattling do displace the turn that you say, I would say cut down the coefficient to around 300 pounds - our bodies are still growing, we shouldn'tt go into weights which need serious intensity. Go for 10 - 15 reps on everything for about another year or so - then try to do these amounts. Hope I helped you.
