You could go for some pampering (a makeover, massage, manicure) to calm you down, or go discover with some friends. Herbal tea or a hot clean works too. if it's something i hit no curb or noesis over then i just remind myself to not vexation most clog that i can't change. you slope modify it so why worry? if you follow that then it should get rid of 98% or more of the clog you're worrying most since you don't hit curb over so much.

Hi Olivia, I'm a worrier too, and I get insomnia, so once I went to a psychiatrist and it was a great help. For the worrying: She told me that I dramatise situations in my head. E.g.
