 What causes ridges in my nails?

I hit ever had strong, healthy nails and recently I hit detected lines (ridges) from the stratum up the length of the nab on all of my nails. What has caused this?

As far as I know you seem deficient in your B vitamins. May I suggest you go to the upbeat food store and communicate for a B Byzantine vitamin and move taking this . It most certainly module reduce the ridges in your nails . Good luck.
