I'm in the region of nowhere and suddenly, nosebleed started more than 24h ago... or I noticed it then, when I woke the other morning. It didn't stopped by now...sometimes faster and mostly in drops, but it still bleeds... Since then, my heart evaluate has increased, my breathing is faster and I'm not sure if there's a fever, drive we control to poor thermometer. Any populated place or ambulance area (or even road actually) is miles and miles away ...for over two hours we've been on our way back, but it will verify us quite long to return... Here where I am is sextet in the morning, so at small sextet hours 'till the next populated area (and belike two or threesome more 'till actual medical help). I am asthmatic, but under control. All my meds with me and taken regularly. I'm also well dehydrated and warmed up (it's quite cool around here). Dawn just broken and sky looks clear, so at small no rain (we had that yesterday). I guess I'm writing this only drive I'm kinda scared...we're in the region of nowhere and no support but our own feet...I notified my kinsfolk back bag in US (I'm writing this from the region of tundra on digit eastern Europe country) and just intend them worried as hell...they're trying to intend me/us whatever help, but I'm still in need for whatever other contact. are you at a higher altitude, that crapper change blood pressure, also being in a dry cold climate crapper cause nose bleeds

Yeah, same that other person said, the cold, dry climate and lower air push at higher altitudes can trigger them. The first thing you requirement to do is ready yourself hydrated, it doesn't sound same you're losing a lot of blood, but modify still, you're losing a fair taste of water and you'll heal faster and stay better if you ready yourself hydrated. Other than that, maybe put a example of commode essay or essay towel up your nose, that should put some push on the harm and might help to stop the bleeding. Definitely though, seek medical attention if it doesn't stop by the time you get to a town, but you knew that already.

I am a teacher. I once took a class on a earth trip to the Music Center. I had a kid intend a nosebleed so bad, that they had to verify her in an ambulance to the hospital because they were afraid she might bleed to death. I think you need to stop screwing around and intend to a hospital.

Hey if you have a girl with you ask her for a tampon - stick it in your nose, it will act as a block to help the bleeding. ( I do this for the guys on my football team all the time) Then essay and make your artefact to a student or even a First Aid Responder...It doesn't sound to serious but it wouldn't perceive to get it patterned out.
