I'm a 5'7 and 125 lbs female, and I have a high metabolism, plus I've been 56 days clean before this. What do you guys think? (Mature answers such appreciated.)

Nope, you'll fail it. You can try crapulence TONS of water and getting a couple of those ridiculously expensive cleansers at a head shop, but the THC stays in your fat cells.
