Ok, everyday I get to a point where I am shaky, hungry, and exhausted. Here is what is going on: First off I am 21 years old, 5 feet, and 100 pounds. 7am I verify a couple waffles or just whatever identify of breakfast food, mainly waffles for on-the-go. I impact at McDonald's, so I get my break most 11am and I verify a sandwich or salad or whatever; usually the calories add up to most 700 (whoa I know). During impact I am constantly moving, literally. I am hardly ever just standing. Then I am not able to verify until dinner which is at most 5 to 5:30pm. Usually I prepare a meat, veggies, rice, potato, or pasta. Then I usually hit whatever dessert. At most 9pm I always verify something, same a diminutive sandwich or pizza rolls, etc. If I don't then I am staving at same 2am. I hit a baby so I get up ofttimes throughout the night. I am undergo I need more sleep. Ok, so Why am I so famished and unsafe by 4pm? I need tips or whatever advice to help me not feel that way drive it is hard to prepare and verify care of the baby, etc. after work. I just get bushed and I feel sick drive I am famished and shaky. What can I do? Please help.

u requirement to go docs and get proven for hypoglycemia/diabetes. u could legally get more breaks to eat if u r diagnosed with this. ur murder sugar is meet low i think. go to the docs its the exclusive way
