I hit those moments alot too.. I dont know you personally but I can tell you whatever things I do when Im seriously stressed. If I hit time I: 1) take a nice hot relaxing bath or descent and hit my selection songs playing. 2) read a book or watch a movie. 3) go for a run/walk with my dog or just workout (exercise helps take my nous off of things and helps me become relaxed afterwards) If I hit to curb myself in a few minutes I: 1) just forget everything for a few minutes 2) take a few minutes to just breath. 3) conceive positively and coach myself through the situation and just let it all go Whatever situation youre in, everythings gonna be ok. Things work out the way they're questionable to, just face them one step at a time and at youre possess pace. :)
