 I hit a splitting aching and my breadbasket hurts?

My head hurts terribly, and I would verify an Ibuprofen but I've taken a few this hebdomad already cod to cramps, and I know it's not good to verify them likewise much. I also know they can make your breadbasket hurt worse, which wouldn't help how I feel. I hit to babysit in 30 minutes, could you give me some advice on how to relieve my head and breadbasket pain?
