 How do u sleep longer?

How do I intend better rest on the weekend? I go to bed commonly around 12:30 and wake up nearly every time between 9 and 10. I'd like to intend more rest so I can grow taller. What are ways that support u rest longer?

You aren't gonna grow any taller if you sleep longer. Oversleeping is unhealthy.

So you crapper acquire taller? That's unheard of. Ummm... actually 9-10 is a decorous instance to be waking up in the weekend anyways. Don't oversleep, or squander your weekend sleeping. Just get ENOUGH sleep. Enough so that when you wake up you're not tired, is all. :D Good luck to you.

You're already effort 8.5-9.5 hours of sleep. That is plenty. Actually that is the recommended turn for adolescents (adults need less). You don't poverty to oversleep.

Don't take medication unless you talk to a doctor. The best advice is to ready the aforementioned schedule modify on weekends. If you drink alcohol that module affect your sleep patterns, not for the better. Same with smoking. Growing tall is up to God. Being flourishing is up to you.
