I was pretty such like you when I was younger... and still am sometimes. Maybe we are more semiconscious about many things on real life. Like me for instance, I often worry what they might think of my tone of voice or facial expression or some another trivial thing. But there rattling is no need to worry because certainty makes a beautiful lady.

im 13 too!! :) im totally the same im pretty shy in real chronicle but manage to chat to my crush on msn every the time today and we are today rly good mates. its hard but you do gain confidence over time cos i am :)
