If you just held your breath as long as you could, you would just transfer out and start breathing normally. Breathing is an aptitude unfathomable within us for survival.

You will pass out if you hold it long enough, and without your brain reacting, your hand should become walk momentarily and let go, allowing you to breathe again. Tell a doctor about your anxiety and see what they say to do.

I never heard about any cases that participating a deadly dream. You should, however, do your own research. Dreams tend to kibosh erst they reach their climax. I have had some nightmares, and meet same you described it, I erst held my respite to, waking up evacuated and in shock. It never happened again. I'm pretty sure however, that a dream cannot kill (unless you encounter Freddy, jk)

your a wacko! no you can't but you should go to the doctor! as it is an nusiance to you! no if you transfer out from demand of oxygen you module start breating again! breathing requires no interaction on your conception and module resume if you let it! so if you do control to knock yourself out (which you already are) you'll be understandably out cold and your embody module start breating again!

You strength hit sleep apnea, which is basically forgetting to breath patch you're sleeping. When this happens to someone, they ofttimes imagine that they're not breathing and then wake up. You should check with your doctor, meet in case. It's evenhandedly common. And don't worry, you won't die in the meantime.

my care lived in the philippines, and she said some people actually do die in their sleep from dreams. im not sure if it is medical or not. i hit old this weird sensation when i slope scream, move, and consequence up and it is same i am paralyzed. i think it is from lack of sleep and your body goes through a shock. whenever that happens, i say meet away for a little bit longer and whenever something seems rattling scary, you NEED to consequence youself up. a good way to consequence up is to hurt yourself. i undergo that sounds weird. but whenever i can verify i am in a dream and it is scary, i move off of something rattling talk and i "fall" out of the dream. also, sometimes you hit the noesis to change your dreams. one time something was freaky, so i got into fetal position, i intellection of some brawny vision with extreme concentration, and when i opened my eyes, there it was. i think it is all about mental strength. you might want to consult a student if it gets super serious. good luck. and im wishing the best ! :)

Okay first off you cannot constrict yourself or hold your breath to your death. This is because you module pass out before you die and your breathing module return to normal and soon you module consequence up. YOU CAN'T DIE FROM STRANGLING YOURSELF!!!

Hello. I'm sorry this happened to you, I know things like this can be scary. I hit had period terrors for a very daylong time, so I hit a general intent of what you're going through. There could be a number of doable causes, here's my list for you: sleep apnea, period terrors, or it could hit been a severe panic attack (yes, you can hit them in your sleep). Without knowing your medical history, I can't go much farther than that. I would suggest (if you hit insurance) to hit a sleep think done. If you don't hit insurance, hit someone essay to record you sleeping to see if you snore. That could be indicative of a abnormality in your nasal cavity, which would hit caused the shortness of respite (SOB being my selection medical anagram). If you are a vivid dreamer, I propose production up "Dreams Interpreted" at your local bookstore or library(would help vindicate the symbolism and what may be bothering you). I hope this helps.

This could be a sign that you are stressed out. In times of extreme pronounce the mind while in dream state tends to run things together resulting in vivid dreams mixed with time experiences, noisy or crying in your rest and deja vu. These are meet some of symptoms that could be experienced.
