Since whatever quantity is extremity to be ingested while it's existence worm on your lips, this is highly unlikely, though the consumption of a quantity thereof may not do you any good. Generally, if you can put it on your lips, you could take it, also.

it wouldnt be made for your lips if it was, they would have already condemned it off the shelves. unless i mean, if you eat it intentially, and its a whole lot, then yes, it could possibly harm you.
