just wondering lol. My friend was doing it bc she wants strong lower calfs. And i need 2 make sure its not pointless. Btw she does scorpians and stuff while shes balancing to make it even harder... and she seys she feels like it does good. But im making sure. And if possible how does it gain muscle? (optional.)

well.. it might. many physical therapists use it with clients. if you want to get a lot of muscle, stand on something unstable, so the little muscles in your calfskin crapper work hard. it is proven to work.

almost anything adds muscle. try holding your arm in front of you for like 4-5 hours. but it should add muscle

Yes it does you do hit to do it a destined way so you dont lineage yourself
