 Why do I falter and slur?

Ok, so I hit feature sites and the main think it says people depreciation is because they're drunk. I hit never been inebriate so don't even label that as a reason. It meet seems like I ever stutter and I ever slur. It's kind of annoying. I don't know if I should be worried most anything since I recently joined the Army. I don't want something that is disqualifying.

you might have a speech impediment. it isn't rare or strange and there are classes that help people overcome them
