So last period went to bed at 7pm - woke up 3am, and after 1 hour I fell asleep again, 2 hours after that I was awake, at small the voice in my nous was awake. I was same OK OK, good, what now, intellection everything is fine and then I realized I my embody wasn't awake, only my mind was and it had no curb over the body(not the legs,the face, the eyes, anything). So I'm saying ok, I meet have to stand up and awaken myself, it's cool, I imagine how I advise my hand, invoke on the light, open my eyes and wake up. Then I intellection I was awaken but after about 1 time I realized again it was meet my imagination and null changed, so for about 20 minutes or so I was trying to activate my shit embody and I couldn't, it's rattling nerve shattering about 10 times i convergent and try to advise the assistance and to open the eyes but no, no effect, I change same prisoner. So finally I was same become on, become on, I ultra convergent in one point, on the idea of moving my hand, and tada, moved my assistance for real, and permit me verify you the curb over the embody was graduate I didn't acquire curb over the whole embody for 1 second, It was same first the hand, then gradually open the eyes (with enthusiastic focus) wheN I was someways awake, but when I touched my legs with the assistance it was same somebody added was impinging them lol, so after a while it was every fine. SO what do you conceive happened with me? How can I retrograde curb over my embody in such an direful way?!?

This exact aforementioned abstract has happened to me, usually when my rest schedule has been disrupted, Don't worry, I crapper assure you it was all a dream. In a recent one, I got frustrated and pushed my bedside table over, and it looked realistic as it fell. That was exclusive in my fream, though. I woke up (like you said, tearing myself away from the numbness) and it was untouched. I wouldn't vexation about it, jusy essay to intend a more regular schedule.

It possibly could just be a dream, I've never had this happen to me before, I've never had an out of body experience or anything. If it happens again where you hit the same situation or anything, then that would be so weird. Most likely it was just a imagine though, hopefully it was.

It was probably rest paralysis and this is ground I avoid unfathomable sleep.I can feel my embody feat into unfathomable rest and then I meet intentionally stir my head so that I do not fall into unfathomable sleep. I know that if I fall into unfathomable rest my nous would be woke but my embody would meet be there, not moving all though I am awake. There is nothing that I could do but meet center to those around me. The last instance it happened to me, I was awake but I was submerged in water (I really wasn't in water) but it was almost like a dream except I was awake and I could hear people around me but I could not move my body, or speak. It's a frightening undergo that's ground I essay to avoid it. Look it up, it does hap to other people.

Maybe you were rest walkinf or you have rest paralysis
