It's very very diminutive and is most the size of a diminutive pimple. It's flushed and puffy around the edge but has a white something nearly ontogeny discover of it. I pulled the white conception discover with tweezers and it wasn't soft nor hard but more same the sway type thing that comes discover of a pimple. Now it just looks same a flushed mess as if I took a accumulate discover of my skin. What could this be? A skintag that had been torn? Should I see a doctor?

no, no doctor for this one...i slope tell you the literal name, it eludes my mind at the moment. but its normal, especially on the neck and bunk dresser area....more common in black people than white, more common in men than women, and generally move to notice stuff same this around geezerhood 30. its basically an accumulation of skin cells well under the top of the epidermis, and for some uncharted reason when it becomes irritated, it basically pushes itself superficial same a splinter would....or other foreign object. wish this helps.
